WHEREAS, the 6ity of Salina, Kansas, has heretofore ordered the
paving of Park Street in said city from the west right-of-way of Missouri
Pacific Railroad, west to the east side of Chicago Street, therein, and
WHEREAS, water mains and service lines have heretofore been laid
upon said Park Street as above defined.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Salina, Kansas, that the owners of all real estate abutting said
improvement within the above described limits, be and are hereby required
to replace all galvanized service lines with either lead or copper pipe to
the back of the curb line as heretofore established by ordinance. and be it
further resolved that this resolution shall be published in three consecutive
issues of the official city paper and that the improvements herein ordered
shall be constructed, laid and made within thirty days from and after the
date of the last publicatic:n.
