A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering and grading of
Venango Street from Sheridan Street to Merrill Street,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of (I'ommissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Venango Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from
the west line of Sheridan Street to the east line of Merrill Street, be
curbed and guttered along with such grading and excavation as may be
necessary, and that such street between the curb and gutter lines on each
side thereof be graded to the established paving grade of said street with-
in the limits above defined, and that the same are hereby determined to
be necessary improvements.
