BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Ssaim,
Kansas:
That the alley from Ash Street to Elm Street between Seventh
Street nd Santa Fe Avenue in the City of Salina be repaved for a width
of 10 feet with either 6" reinforced concrete or 8" plain concrete, with
such grading and excavation as my be necessary therefor, and that the
same is hereby determined to b e a necessary improvement.
