A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering and grading of
Spruce Street from the east line of College Avenue to the west
line of Phillips street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the.City of Salina,
Kansas:
That Spruce Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas,
from the east line of College Avenue to the west line of Phillips
Street, be curbed and guttered with such grading and excavation as
may be necessary therefor, and that such street between the curb and
gutter lines on each side thereof be graded to the established paving
grade of said street within the limits above defined, and that the
same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
