BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City► of Salina,
Kansass
That Claflin Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas,
from the west line of Ninth Street west approximately 1016 feet to the
west line of Lot 13, Block 1, Evergreen Park Addition, be curbed and
guttered with such grading and exeavation as may be neoessary therefor,
and that such street between the curb and gutter lines on each side
thereof be graded to the established paving grade of said street within
the limits above defined, and that the some are hereby determined to
be necessary improvements.
