A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing,„ guttering and grading of
Pershinj Street from the south line of Jewell Avenue to
the north line of Kirwin Avenue,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Comissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas%
That Pershing Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas,
from the south line of Jewell Avenue to the north line of Kirwin Avenue,
be curbed and guttered with such grading and excavation as may be
necessaary therefor, and that such street between the curb and gutter
lines on each side thereof be graded to the establishedpaving grade
of said street within the limits above defined, and that the same
are hereby determined to b e necessary improvements.
