BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commission rs of the City of Salim,
Jansas, thats.
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Salina, Kansas, to create a special street or bridge building
machinery or equipment fund, and
WHEREAS, such funds are now in the street fund to justify the
appropriation of $1000.00 therefrom unto such a special bridge or street
builin machin ry and equipment fund, and
90 NOW THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Board of Commissioners
of the City of Salim, Kansas, that a special bridge or street building
machinery and equipment fund is hereby created and $1000,00 is hereby
set aside from the street fund of the City of Salina, Kansas, unto the
said, a special bridge or street building machinery and equipment funds,
This resolution shall be in effect from and after its adoption.
