That Montrose Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas,
from the south line of Morrison Avenue to the north line of Prescott
Avenue, be curbed and guttered with such grading and excavation as may
be necessary therefor, and that such street between the curb anf
gutter lines on each side thereof be graded to the established grade
of s aid street within the limits above defined, and that the same are
hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
