BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
That Claflin Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas,
from the west line of Ninth Street to a point 1016 feet west of the
west line of Ninth Street, be curbed and guttered with such grading
i
and excavation as may be necessary therefor, and that such street
between the curb and gutter lines on each side thereof be graded to
the establsihed paving grade of said street within the limits above
defined, and that the same are hereby determined to be necessary
improvements.
