07-10375 Private Haulers Licenses�I 11 Z a w N U (Published in the Salina Journal on March _, 2007) ORDINANCE NUMBER 07-10375 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 34, ARTICLE III, DIVISION 2, SECTIONS 34-62,34-63, AND 34-66 OF THE SALINA CODE PERTAINING TO PRIVATE HAULERS LICENSES AND REPEALING EXISTING SECTIONS 34-62,34-63, AND 34-66. BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That Section 34-62 of Chapter 34, Article II Division 2 of the Salina Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "Sec. 34-62. Application; conditions preceding approval. Each person or firm required by this division to be licensed to collect or remove refuse within the city shall make application for an annual refuse hauler license w' : e city clerk. An annual refuse haulers license shall be issued only to a person or fi pliance with the provisions of Articles II and III of this Chapter, the Zoning R ion hapter 42 and the Nuisance regulations of Chapter 24." Section 2. That Section 34-63 of Chapter 34, Article II, read as follows: Liability insurance required.
