RESOLUTION NUMBER 02-5872
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A PARKING
LOT LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SALINA AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
AND THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Parking Lot Lease
Agreement between the Salina Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Salina, Kansas, subject
to the terms and conditions of the lease agreement.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the original lease agreement and
retain accordingly to the City of Salina Records Management Policy.
