798 Levy Special AssessmentsA RESOLUTION relating to special assessments levied under Ordinance
No. 4940.
B'B' IT RESOUTM by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the installments of special assessments levied
under the provisions of Ordinance No. 4940 which become due and payable
under the terms of said ordinance for the year 1940 and subsequent years
against the follcnving described tracts of land be and they are hereby
set aside and abated and that the City Clerk be and he is hereby author-
ized and directed, in certifying the installments of said assessments due
for the year 1940 and subsequent years under paid ordinance to omit such
installments for such years on the follming, described tracts to -wit:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 5, I-Elmdale Addition
Lot 5, Block 3, Leavenworth Addition.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication in the official city paper.
