797 Certify Special AssessmentsSection 1* That the City Clerk of the City of Salina, in certi-
fying to the County Clerk of Saline 'County, Kansas, the amounts of special
assessments heretofore levied against real estate for the construction of
improvements as provided for in the assessment ordinances hereirafter
mentioned, together with the interest thereon as provided by law, shall
include and certify to said County Clerk, the installments of said special
assessments for the year 1940 and subsequent years together with interest
thereon for the year 1940 and subsequent years at the rate of interest
borne -by the bondd, whibh were issued for the payment of the cost of the
work for which said special assessments were levied, the nimmbers of the

assessments ordinance, covered by and referred to in this resolution, the
numbers of the bond ordinances authorizing bonds to be issued and sold to
pay the cost of the work for which such special assessments were levied, and
rate of interest borne by such bonds, which shall e the rate of interest
certified to the County Clerk on such special assessments for the year 1940
and subsequent years, are respectively as follows:
