BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salim,
Kansast
That Republic Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from
the west line of Tenth Street to the east line of Eleventh Street, be
curbed and guttered on the north side street, with such grading
and excavation as may be necessary therefor, and that such street between
the curb and gutter lines on each side thereof be graded to the established
paving grade of said street within the limits above defined, the said
street between such limits being an intervening portion of said street,
not exceeding two blocks, the portions of said street on each end of said
portion herein described having been heretofore curbed and guttered, and
that the more are hereby determined to be necessary improvements, which
shall be constructed regardless of protest as provided by See. 12-803,
G. S. 1935.
