A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering and grading of
Second Street from the north line of Ash Street to the south
line of aim Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
That Second Street, a street in the City of Salim, Kansas,
from the north line of Ash Street tot he south line of Elm Street be
curbed and guttered with such grading and excavation as may be neces-
sary therefor, and that such street between the curb and gutter lines
on each side thereof be graded to the established paving grade of
said street within the limits defined, and that the same are hereby
determined to be necessary improvements.
