A RESOLUTION relating to the paving of the Alley lying between
Santa Fe Avenue and Fifth Street from the south line of Ash
Street to the north line of Iron Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
That the alley lying between Santa Fe and Fifth Street from the
south line of Ash Street to the North line of Iron Avenue be paved,
with such grading and excavation as may be necessary therefor, and
that the same is hereby determined to be a necessary improvement.
