772 Improve Charles StreetBE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina,, Kansas:
That Charles Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas,
from the west line of Eleventh Street to the east line of
Twelfth Street be curbed and guttered with such grading and
excavation as may be necessary therefor, and that such street
between the curb and gutter lines on each side thereof be graded
to the established paving grade of said street within the limits
ab077e defined, and that the same are hereby determined to be
necessary improvements.
