A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering and grading of
Jewell Avenue from the east line of South Court Place to
east line oT-Funston Street on the north side of Jej4vell
and from the west line of Pershing Street to the west line
of Lot 4, Parkview Addition on the south side of Jewell
Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
That Jewell Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansa4
from the east line of South Court Place to the east line of
Funston Street on the north side of Jewell, and from the west
line of Pershing Street to the west line of Lot 4, Parkview
Addition, on the south side of Jewell Avenue be curbed and
guttered with such grading and excavation as may be necessary
'i therefor, and that such street between the curb and gutter lines
on each side thereof be graded to the established paving grade
of said street within the limits above defined, and that the
same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
