BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina., Kansas:
That Oakdale Drive, a street in the City of Salina.,
Kansas, (running east and west) from the west line of
Oakdale Avenue, thence west one block along and adjacent
to the south side of Cunninghamts Replat of Block 15,
Oakdale Addition to the east line of Oakdale Drive (running
north and south) be paved, with such grading and excavation
as may be necessary therefor, and that the same are hereby
deter -mined to be necessary improvements.
