A RESOLUTIO14 relating to the paving and grading of the un-
paved portion of Olive Street, on each side of the
pavement constructed by the State Highway Commission,
from the south line ofState Street to the south line
of Walnut Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
That the unpaved portion of Olive Street, a street
in the City of Salina, Kansas, from the south line of State
Street to the south line of Walnut Street, being eight and
one-half feet on each side of said street between the pave-
ment constructed by the State Highway Commission, and the
existing curb and gutter on each side of said street, and
all intersections back to the property line., be paved,
with such excavation as may be necessary therefor, and
that the same are hereby determined to be necessary improve -
vents.
