A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering and grading
Delaware Avenue from the south line of Iron Avenue to the

center line o Johnstown Avenue,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
That Delaware Avenue, a street in the City of Salina,
j from the south line of Iron Avenue to the center line of
Johnstown Avenue, be curbed and guttered with such grading
and excavation as may be necessary therefor, and that such
street between the curb and gutter lines on each side there-
of be graded to the established paving grade of said street
within the limits above defined, and that the same are hereby
determined to be necessary improvements,
