That H. L. Brown, City Manager of said city 'be and he
is hereby authorized to sign on behalf of said city as co-
sponsor an application for a grant from. the National Youth
Administration for aid in constructing a stone gall around
the grounds noir used by the Kansas Wesleyan University as
its Athletic Field, and that the City of Salina accept from
the Kansas Wesleyan University a deed to thelard comprising
said Athletic Field on the conditions set forth in said
deed.
