BE IT RESOLVED by the Board Of Commissioners of the City of
Salina., Kansas:
That the north side of Republic Avenue, a street in the
City of Salinas Kansas., from the east line of Eleventh Street'
to the west line -of Sherman Street be curbed, and guttered
with such grading and excavation as may be necessary therefor,
the South side of said street between such limits being already
curbed and guttered and that such street between the curb and
gutter line on each side thereof be graded to the established
paving grade of such street within the limits above defined
and that the same are hereby deter -mined to be necessary improve-
ments,
