A RESOLUTION relating to the paving and grading of Highland
Circle frora the south line of Republic Avenue to the
port$ line of Beloit Street. -
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
That Highland_Circle, a street in the City of Salina,
Kansas, from the south line of Republic Avenue to the north
lane of Beloit Street, be paved with such grading and ex-
cavation as may be necessary therefor, and that the same
are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
