BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
That Clark Street, a street in the City of Salina, from
the north line of Walnut Street to the south line of Marietta
Avenue, be curbed and guttered with such grading and excava-
tion as may be necessary therefor, and that such street be-
tween the curb and gutter lines on each side thereof be
graded to the established paving grade of said street with-
in the limits above defined, and that the same are hereby
determined to be necessary improvements.
