from the south line o; Walnut Street to the north line of
Spruce Street be curbed and guttered with such grading and
excavation as may be necessary therefor,, and that such street
between the curb and gutter lines on each. side thereof be
graded to the established paving grade of said street within
the limits above defined, and that the same are hereby deter-
mined to be necessary improvements.
