"hat She Street, a street In the City of Salina,

from the south line of Crawford Avenue to the north line of
Republic Avenue,, be curbed and guttered with such grading
and ex-eavation as may be necessary therefor, and that such
street between the curb and gutter lines on each side there-
of be graded to the established paving grade of said street
within the limits above defined$ and that the same are hereby
determined to be necessary improvements.
