BE IT RES0L'v-ED by the Board of Cormissioners of the City of
Salinas, Kansas:
That Grand Avenue., a street ,in the City of Salinas from
the west line of Ninth Street to the east line of Tenth Streets
be curbed and guttered with such grading and excavation as may
be necessary therefor, and that such street between the curb
and gutter lines on each side thereof be graded to the established
paving grade of said street within the limits above defined, and
that the same are hereby determined t,o be necessary improvements*
