A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering and grading
Eleventh Street from the south line of Jewell Avenue
to the north line of hirwin Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Bpard of OQnmissioners of the City of
Salinas, Kansas*
That Eleventh Street., a street -in the City of Salina,
from the south line of Jewell Avenue to the north line of
Kirwin Avenue, be curbed and guttered with such grading and
excavation as may be necessary therefore and that such street
between the curb and, gutter lines on each side thereof be
graded to the established paving grade of said street within
the limits above defined, and that the same are hereby
determined to be necessary improvements.
