A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing and guttering and grading y
of Tenth Street from, the south line of Jewell Avenue
to the north line of Kirriin Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of CorrmA ssioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
That Tenth Street, a street in the City of Salina,
Kansas, from the south line of Jewell Avenue to the north
line of Kirriin Avenue, be curbed and guttered, with such grad-
ing and excavation as may be necessary therefor and that the
same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
