BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas
That Ellsworth Street, a street in the City of Salina,

Kansas, from the vest line of Highland Circle to the east
line of Pershing Street, except along the south side of and adja
cent to Lot 4,Block 6, in Highland Court Addicion where curb
and gutter has been constructed be curbed and guttered with
such grading and excavation as may be necessary therefor and
that the sane are hereby determined to be necessary improve-
ment s.
