BE IT -RESOLVED by the Board of CommIssioners, of the City of
Salina., Kansas:
That Eight Street from the south line of Iron Avenue
to the north line of '4",Ialnut Street in the City of Salina.,
Kansas be:.,:recurbed and reguttered,, and that an additional
seven (7) feet on each side of said street., outside of the
present paving on said street., between the limits above
mentioned, by paved, togather with such excavation as may
be necessary to, construct the improvements aboVe mentioned.,
and that :the same are hereby determined to be necessary
improvements.
