WHERFASI JOHN 6. STUTZ is about to retire from his duties as Executive
Director of the.League of Kansas Municipalities; and
WHEREAS: the program of the League as directed by Mr. Stutz, has been
highly beneficial to the municipalities of Kansas; and
S0, NOW THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Salim that we commend JOHN G. STUTZ:
1. For his efficient and energetic creation, supervision and
direction of the program of the League.
2. For his development of an orderly and efficient means for
a beneficial program for the municipalities of this state.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that we wish him Godspeed and many happy years
in retirement.
