A RESOLUTION relating to the paving and grading of Phillips Street
with two (2) inch hot asphalt mix over six inch crushed
rock base, twenty-eight (28) feetvide toe of gutter to toe
of gutter, from,he north line of Crawford Avenue to the south
line of Charles Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Bard of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansan:
That Phillips Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas,
from the nortt line of Crawford Avenue to the south line of Charles
Street, be paved and graded, twenty --eight (28) feet -wide toe of gutter
totoe of gutter, with two (2) inch hot asphalt mix over six (6) inch
crushed rock base, and with such mxtav$tlon as may be,necessary, and the
same are hereby determined to be necessary improvments.
