A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering and grading of the
West side of Broadway Boulevard, beginning on' the north,
directly east of the southeast corner of Banker's Addition;
thence south 318.2 feet more or less to a point directly
east ofthe northeast corner of Block 8, Sunset Manor Addition.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That the West side of Broadway Boulevard, a street in the
,City of Salina, Kansas, beginning on the north, directly east of the
southeast corner of Banker's Addition; thence south 318.2 feet more or
less to a point directly east of the northeast corner of HLock 8, Sunset
Manor Addition, be curbed and guttered, with such grading and excavation
as may be necessary therefor, and the same are hereby determined to be
necessary improvements.
