A RESOLUTION relating tothe paving and grading of Ellsworth Avenue
twenty-eight (28) feet wide from toe of gutter to toe of gutter,
with two (2) inch hot asphalt mix over a six (6) inch crushed
rock base, from the east side of Roach Street to he west side of
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commission rs of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Ellsworth Avenue, a street in the City of Saita;L, Kansan, from
the west side of Roach Street to the east side of Lewis Avenue, be pav'edd
and graded, twenty-eight (28) feet wide from toe of gutter to toe of gut-
ter, with two (2) inch hot asphalt mix over a six (6) inch crushed rock
base, along witl.such grading and excavation as may be necessary, and the
same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
