A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering and grading of
Mellinger Street , from the east line of Roach Street to the west
line of Ohio S reet.
BE., -IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas
That Mellinger Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas,
from the east line of Roach Street to the west line of Ohio Street,
be curbed, guttered and graded and with such grading and excavation
as may be necessary therefor and the same are hereby determined to be
necessary improvements.
