A RESOLUTION relating to the paving and grad ing of Charles S reet
twenty --eight (28) feet wide from toe of gutter to toe ofgut er, with
two (2) inch hot asphalt mux over a six (6) inch rock bas.2, from the
west line of Elevext h Street to the ea:_t line of Twelfth Sireet.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
That Charles Street., :a street in the City of Salina, Kansas,
from the west line of Eleventh Street to the east line of Twelfth Street,
be paved and graded with two (2) inch hot asphalt mix over six (6) inch
rock base, twenty-eight (28) feet wide from toe of gutter to toe of gut-
ter, and with such excavation as may be necessary, and the same are hereby
determined to be necessary improvements.
