RESOLUTION NUMBER 1567

A RESOLUTION relating to the paving and grading of Gebhart Street ,
ftbht bight (28) feet wide, from the toe of gutter to the toe of
gutter, with concrete from the south line of Cloud Street to the
north line of Charlotte Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissionrs of the City of Salina, K ansast
That Gebhart Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas,
from the south line of Cloud Street tothe north line of Charlotte Street,
be paved and graded twenty-eight (28) feet wide,from the toe of gutter
tothe toe of. gutter, with concrete, and with such excavation as may be
necessary, and the same are hereby determined to be necessary improve-
ments.
