A RESOLUTION relating to the paving and grading of Highland Avenue
twenty-eight (28) feet gide f romtoe of gutter to toe of gutter, with
concrete, from the north line of Charlotte Sireet to the north line of
Leslie Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commisti oners of the City of Salina, -
Kansaa:
That highland Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas,
from the north line of Charlotte Street to the north line of Leslie
Street, be paved and graded, twenty-eight (28) feet wide fromtoe of
gutter to toe of gutter, with concrete, and with such excavation as may
be necessary, and thesame are hereby determined to be necessary
improvements.
