RESOLUTION NUMBER 1531
A RESOLUTION repeal ingResolution Number 1526.
WHEREAS, petitioners did file petition against the excavation,
grading,'curbing and guttering on the North side of Crawford Avenue
from the west line of Beahlin Street west to t he west- line of
Block 5, Eisenhower Addition; also for excavation, grading and paving
with 6" reinforced concrete Crawford Avenue from the west line of Cherokee
Drive to the west line of Block 5, Eisenhower Addition to Salina, Kan-
sas; and
WHEREAS, said petition.has been checked and found to have sufficient
signers for a protest of the above described improvement; and
SOM NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of
the City of Salina, ansae:
That Resolution Number 1526 be and is hereby repealed.
