A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering and grading,of the north
side of klnneapoli.s Avenue from the cneter line of Legis Avenue to the
center line of Ohio Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Com¢nissiomrs of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Minneapolis Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas,
from the center line of Lewis Avenue to the center line of Ohio Street,
be curbed, and guttered, with such grading and excavation as may be neces-
sary therefor and the same are hereby determined to be necessary im-
provements.
