A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering, paving and grading 66
a width of twenty --eight (28) feet, toe of gutter to toe of gutter,
Connecticut Avenue from the north line of Stack Avenue to the north
line of Greeley Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of -Salina, Kansas:
That Connecticut Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas,
be curbed, guttered and paved to a width of twenty --eight (28) feet toe
ofgutter to toe of gutter, from the north line of Stack Avenue to the
north line of Greeley Avenue, with such grading and execvation as may be
necessary therefor and the same are hereby determined to be necessary
improvements.
