A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering and grading of Mdttinghill
Avenue from the center line of Cranford Avenue to the center
line of Haven Avenue.
HE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That *dttinghill. Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas,
from the center line of Cranford Avenue to he center line of Haven Avenue,
be curbed and guttered, with such grading and excavation as may be neces-
sary, and the same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
