A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing and guttering and grading of the
South side of Haven Avenue from the center line of 'yVdttinghill
Avenue tothe center line of Viemont Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVER by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That the south side of Haven Avenue, a street in the City of
Salina, Kansas, from the center line of Whittinghill Avenue to the center
line of Viemont Avenue, be curbed and guttered, with such grading and
excavation as may be necessary and the same are hereby determined to be
necessary improve;pents.
