A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, gutteringand paving and grading of
Roach Street, with concrete 32 feet wide from face of curb to face
of curb, from the sout line of Minneapolis Avenue to the south lin
Ellsworth Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVER by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That. Roach Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, from
the south line of Minneapolis Avenue to the south line of.Ellsworth Avenue
be curbed, guttered and paved with concrete 32 feet wide from face -of
curb to faceof curb, along with such grading and excavation as may be
necessary thsreft3r, and the same are hereby determined to be necessary
improvements.
