RESOLUTION NUMBER 4438
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That the authority of L. M. Srack as City Manager of the City of
Salina to sign and bind the City of Salina as to one certain "Pipe Line
License" dated May 19, 1953, by and between The Atchison, Topeka and
Santa Fe Railway Company, licensor, of the first part, and the City of
Salina; Kansas, Licensee, of the second part is hereby ratified, con-
firmed and approved.
