A RESOLUTION relating to the paving of College Avenue from the south
line of Prescott Avenue tothe north line of Morrison Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That College Avenue, a street in the City of Galina, Kansas,
from the south line of Prescott ,Avenue to the north line of Morrison Avenue,
be paved, with such grading and excavation as may be necessary therefor,
r-4 11 and that the same is hereby determined to be a necessary improvement.
