RESOLUT ON NUMBER 1395
(First Published in the Salina Journal ABY 1'-'t 4 1 1953)
A RESOLUTION relating tothe curbing, guttering and grading of the north
side of Wilson Street _ from the center line of Fourth Street to the
east line of f Lot Twelve (12) Block Five (5), College View Addition,
and curbing, guttering and grading of Wilson Street (south side)
from the center line of Fourth Street to the ast line of Third
Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That Wilson ►6treet, a street in the City of Galina., Kansas, on the
north side from the center line of Fourth Street o he east lot line of Lot
Twelve (12) Block Five (5), College View Addition, and Wilson Street on
the south side from the center line of Fb urth Street to the wrest line of
Third Street, be curbed and guttered, along with such grading and excava-
tion as may be necessary and the same are hereby determined to be necessary
improvements.
