A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering and grading of the
west side of Third Street from the north line of Walnut Street
350 feet, more or less, to the north ink of the Smoky Hill River.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
That the west side of Third Street, a street in the City of
Salina, Kansas, from the north line of Walnut Street, 350 feet, more
or less, to the north bank of the Smoky Hill River, be curbed and gut-
tered, along with such grading and excavation as may be necessary, and
the same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
